Returns

At Elektro Parts it is possible to return too many or incorrectly ordered parts. This can be done within 30 days after receiving your order.

We would appreciate it if you could inform us of your intention by email: info@elektroparts.nl.

Please indicate: Order/invoice or packing slip number. Item number, quantity.

PLEASE NOTE that the shipping costs and return costs are at your own expense.

PLEASE NOTE, you are responsible for a correct and proper return shipment, we will process the return when it is back in our warehouse in Ridderkerk Netherlands.

After checking in our warehouse in Ridderkerk, the Netherlands, if there are no defects or shortages, we will refund the article amount to you within 14 days to the account number known to us.

If there are defects or shortages, we will contact you.
